African Leaders Malaria Alliance The African Leaders Malaria Alliance (ALMA) is a coalition of 40 African Heads of State with a common goal: to bring malaria deaths to near zero across the continent by 2015. The latest step in this effort is the ALMA Scorecard for Accountability and Action, which will be formally launched by African and international leaders on September 19th.
